Why was my account transferred to Investment Central?
There are a number of reasons that financial advisors transfer accounts to Investment Central. It’s likely that your advisor determined that you'd be better served by a Raymond James branch that can respond more quickly to your needs.
Who is my financial advisor?
Your advisor is now Investment Central. Our team of licensed trading service specialists is available to help you quickly and efficiently. Any team specialist can assist you when you call.
How do I deposit money to my account?
You can mail any checks or money orders (we do not accept cash) to the address below. Please make sure to include your account number in the “Memo” section of your check. You can withdraw or deposit funds electronically by clicking here: ACH Transaction Request – #1426.

How do I find a Raymond James financial advisor in my area?
Our online Office Locator can help you find another Raymond James advisor in your geographic area. Visit raymondjames.com and look for Office Locator at the top of the homepage. Once you have contacted and chosen a new advisor to service your account, just call us and we'll move the account to that branch for you.
How can I place a trade in my account?
You can place trades by calling 800-826-4382. Please note: Trade requests must be submitted to a trading service specialist, and cannot be left on voicemail.
How can I withdraw money from my account?
For retail accounts, you can either fax a written request for funds to 866-597-3990 or call us at 800-826-4382 to have funds mailed. If you have a qualified plan, it will be necessary for you to complete a distribution form before funds can be mailed. The form is available under Forms, or by clicking here: Authority to Transfer Funds / Securities – #1047. This form can also be obtained by calling 800-826-4382. Complete the form, then fax back to us at 866-597-3990.
Can I view my account online?
Yes. “Online Investor Access” in the upper-right corner of our homepage gives you quick access to your account information any time. You’ll be prompted to complete the request for access the first time you visit Investor Access. Want to make a trade? Just call 800-826-4382.
Are there any fees associated with my account being held at Investment Central?
The normal fees of any Raymond James branch apply to Investment Central as well. There is a $40 annual fee for qualified plans. Retail accounts are subject to a $50 account maintenance fee. All trades are subject to normal commissions, which will be disclosed to you prior to placement of the trades.
How do I suppress my paper statement and/or confirms?
You can suppress your paper statements and/or confirms by logging into "Online Investor Access" in the upper-right corner of our homepage.
