We make communication easy for you. When you call us during normal business hours, you will reach a person - not an automated system. For clients who prefer to communicate via e-mail, you will receive an immediate response during normal business hours. No matter when you call or e-mail us, we will respond within 12 hours. Our service team is made up of three individuals: Martha Kiger, Petra Zunt and Humera Diwan. For questions regarding checks, cost basis, or account transfers call Martha. If you have any questions about your statement, documents, appointments, or other correspondence, call Petra. Call Humera for questions on asset allocation or 401(k) reviews.
