Our Process

Whether your firm needs to build a quality retirement plan from the ground up, overhaul an existing plan or simply receive advice on potential ways to streamline, we're here to help. Here's how we'll create your new or improved plan:

Evaluate

First, we'll conduct a thorough evaluation of your firm's current situation. Together, we can determine whether it would be most appropriate to select a new plan provider or streamline your current plan. When screening for new providers, we offer the distinct advantage of being able to negotiate directly with vendors on your behalf.

Recommend

After carefully evaluating the alternatives, we'll meet with you to outline our recommendations. We'll make sure to explain our suggestions in clear terms that allow you to easily identify specific areas where we feel quality could be enhanced or cost could be reduced.

Implement

Once we ensure you're completely comfortable with our recommendations, we'll begin their implementation. We're prepared to handle all the necessary details to provide a seamless transition - including directing the new plan design, developing an investment policy statement and drafting a client service agreement.

Support

With your complete plan in place, we'll start the quarterly review process and employee education program. Essentially acting as an extension of your Human Resources team, we'll provide personalized support to each individual employee, addressing issues from enrollment to investment selection. As part of our services, we can also provide company executives with comprehensive financial planning consultations.
