Caroline is actively involved in the community. She serves on the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church Parish Council and is youth director. She has served on the Board of Directors of United Way of Paducah/McCracken County since 1995 and has been involved in the annual campaign and community investment. Caroline has also been involved with Youth League Soccer, Project Graduation for Massac County High School and the American Red Cross.
