Terry received his Bachelor of Science in accounting from Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Alabama. Upon graduation, Terry began his military career with the Third Special Forces Unit in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Following several other assignments, including an assignment in Vietnam, Terry attended the University of Alabama and received his master's degree in business administration.
After spending 23 years as a United States Army officer, he decided to pursue his true passion. He started his career as a financial advisor in 1992, and joined Robert Thomas Securities (now part of Raymond James Financial Services) in 1998.
Terry is active in the community, serving with the Kiwanis Club since 1992. He is a two-time president of the Seminole Club, and an active member with such events as Horses for the Handicapped and Every Child a Swimmer. Terry is currently the Lieutenant Governor for Division 13.
Brian received his bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Central Florida (Orlando, FL). Prior to joining Raymond James Financial Services, Brian worked as a programmer analyst for a large benefits consulting firm. In pursuit of a more personally rewarding career, and a desire to move back to the Seminole area, he joined Terry and helped develop The Carr Team. Brian works closely with Terry to manage portfolios, client relationships, and the daily business needs.
Brian and his family are active members in their Church, Anona United Methodist.
