When asked how he chooses the plans that he recommends to his clients and prospects he says, “I only work with relative plans, meaning plans that most representatives would only sell to their relatives (and maybe not even then).” In addition, staying on the cutting edge of technology and on top of trends has been invaluable. Steven and his wife Raschelle have been married for 23 years and have 2 sons Max & Ben.They have lived in Encino for the last 18 years. Steven is very involved in his community. Diane Shepit Simons is Senior Vice President at CORE Financial Group, An Independent Firm. She is a licensed insurance agent who understands the importance of a carefully designed insurance plan. “My first goal is to gain a clear understanding of my clients’ needs and desires for insurance,” she explains. Diane cares about her clients and understands the importance of choosing the right type of insurance to meet individual needs. An active member in her community, she is involved in Toastmasters, Encino Chamber of Commerce, and the Discovery Center for Science and Technology. Diane’s passions include running, photography, cooking, working with children and animals, and spending time with family and friends.
