Hi - I am Joe and I am a money coach. My team and I provide a variety of financial services. We specialize in retirement plans and rollovers from such plans, as well as serving the needs of business owners. We also have extensive experience in assisting those who have lost a spouse or been divorced with the complexities and planning that accompany those life events.
I have been in the financial services industry for over 20 years after obtaining a tax accounting degree from Michigan State University. I am a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional. I am also a coach. The key here is that the same passion I have on the baseball field, basketball court or soccer field, I bring to financial planning. In coaching everything is planned out and executed to make the sport enjoyable, good exercise and a confidence-building event - where we sneak in those life lessons when the kids aren't looking. Financial planning is very much the same. For each and every client I define the goals and the risk tolerance and assist them in understanding that their victory will come from a long term approach - not giving up at halftime but sticking with a winning philosophy in a wide variety of economic climates and conditions.
About Raymond James
Raymond James is one of the largest independent financial services firms in the United States. Since its beginning in 1962, it has always been a different kind of company – embracing long-term planning and methodical decision-making while staying uncompromisingly client focused. When other firms were simply buying and selling stocks or mutual funds, Raymond James focused on financial planning to help individuals reach their goals. It was the first firm to pioneer that concept – and today it supports its advisors with access to a full range of comprehensive resources, helping them to do the same.
- More than 5,400 financial advisors
- 2 million client accounts
- 2,400 locations (United States, Canada and abroad)
- $268 billion in client assets
- $35 billion managed by its subsidiary asset managers
Raymond James Financial was recently named the best full-service broker in the 2011 SmartMoney annual broker survey for the third time in four years – ranking above Edward Jones, Wells Fargo, UBS, Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney.
