About Womenade
Womenade is an organization that funds, develops and delivers programs and events to reward the achievement of goals and build important life and career skills for the children of Daniel. Founded in 2002, Womenade focuses on events, items and programs designed to help improve the lives of the abused, neglected, and emotionally-troubled youth assisted by Daniel. The funds raised by Womenade help to purchase necessities such as winter coats and provide access to activities that are often outside the normal scope of the Daniel budget such as holiday celebrations, career education, and rewards for positive performance. Womenade is unique that members not only help to raise funds for the kids of Daniel but personally participate in the development and delivery of programs and events specifically designed to reward the achievement of academic and other performance related goals, build important life and career skills, and mentor this special group of children.
