Philip D. McMullin is a branch manager, registered principal and financial advisor with Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. Philip is the president of McMullin, Stone & Associates, Inc., an independent firm. He has been helping to provide his clients with a sense of security concerning their financial goals for over 30 years. He provides financial solutions for each stage of life, as well as legacy planning for the next generation and beyond. Through these long-term relationships, Philip develops solutions and advice that help provide a clear path to financial independence. Philip is a graduate of the Smeal College of Business at the Pennsylvania State University and is proud of his four years with Joe Paterno. He has been married to Debra Cooper McMullin for more than 25 years.

Rose Massengale recently joined our firm in the role of Client Services Manger.  Rose has many years of experience providing excellent service to customers and clients in various organizations – including over 10 years serving clients in the financial services industry. Rose will be responsible for all operational aspects of our client service program, including among other things, processing non-securities related transactions, scheduling appointments and serving as your primary liaison with the Raymond James home office. In the short time she has been part of our team, Rose has exhibited diligent follow-up and exceptional focus on client issues.
