Mission StatementAt Mendham Capital Management, LLC (MCM) our mission is to provide our clients with a well-conceived investment plan. Our objective is to help our clients realize their goals and achieve the lifestyle they desire.
We specialize in providing professional money management services to a select clientele of corporate executives, business owners and professionals. Our role is to serve as the primary point of contact with our client’s attorneys and accountants to complete the wealth management team. Our clients can expect outstanding service delivered with respect and integrity.
At MCM, we serve serious long-term investors who desire a systematized approach to wealth management. We emphasize the development of a personalized investment policy statement which identifies the appropriate mix of asset classes to fit the risk tolerance and return objectives unique to the individual client.
We adhere to Modern Portfolio Theory as the basis of our investment management philosophy. Our institutional style investment process focuses on strategic asset allocation to achieve financial goals and manage risk. However, please be aware that asset allocation strategies do not assure a profit and may not protect against losses in declining markets.
As a complement to strategic allocation, we make use of tactical asset allocation for a portion of a portfolio. Tactical allocation may call for overweighting or underweighting a given sector in response to current market conditions. We pay particular attention to building a mix of investments which are designed to produce sufficient lifetime income to meet client needs. Finally, we often make use of trailing stop orders to help limit potential losses or protect profits.
Each portfolio is monitored on a regular basis and recommended changes are communicated in a timely fashion. Regular contact is provided through performance reporting, newsletters, investor education and client appreciation events.
Our investment programs are best suited to those with investment assets in excess of $250,000.
