I have lived in the Princeton area since 1966 and have a close connection with many of the people and businesses in the area. I hold a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and annually participate in numerous seminars and continuing education classes. I spent nine years after college as a partner and owner in a family business, selling, installing and servicing dairy equipment. That experience taught me many aspects of running a successful business including the importance of customer service.

In 1984, I chose to use more of my financial education and accepted a position in the local bank where I handled lending and investments. In 1993, I moved to A.G. Edwards to concentrate entirely on investments and financial planning. In order to increase the products and services I was able to offer and have an office in my local community, I joined Raymond James Financial Services, Inc., in 1996.

My wife's name is Sherry and we have two grown children, Michelle and Jonathan. We enjoy travel, golf and working in the yard.

I was born and raised in Muskego, Wisconsin, and moved to Neshkoro in 1988. I am married and have two daughters and one grand-daughter.

I have been working in the financial services industry for most of my working life, starting at what is now U.S. Bank right out of school. After moving to Neshkoro, I was employed with Sysco Foods Service for five years. In 1993 I went to work at First National Bank of Berlin, and in 1996, teamed up with Ron Calbaum, to open the Raymond James Financial Services, Inc., office in Princeton.

Since that time, I have gone on to get several licenses and designations. Most recently, I completed my wealth management specialist designation.

In my leisure time, I enjoy boating, traveling and spending time with my family.

I graduated from University of Wisconsin, Green Bay with a degree in finance and economics. Each position that I have held has been in the financial field starting with US Bank in 1997, then on to National Exchange Bank, Associated Bank, and then began working in finance and sales for Unilever Corporation.

Since the fall of 2002, I have worked with Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. I hold a General Securities Representative license as well as Life and Health Insurance licenses. In 2005, I did extensive additional training at Raymond James international headquarters on new investment alternatives. Each year I continue to add to my knowledge of the securities industry by attending our national conference, continuing education classes and other seminars relative to this industry.

I am involved in many areas of the Wisconsin Rapids community. Besides being an ambassador for the Heart of Wisconsin I am involved in their Working Women's luncheon, Rekindle the Spirit, Member Visits, Business after Hours and Junior Achievement. I am also involved with Rotary and am the chairperson for the incoming Group Exchange. Most recently I have been asked to sit on the board of directors for the Boys and Girls club.

My husband's name is Ryan and our son's name is Owen. In our free time we enjoy spending time as a family, traveling, golfing, boating and playing volleyball.

About Raymond James

Raymond James is one of the largest independent financial services firms in the United States. Since its beginning in 1962, it has always been a different kind of company – embracing long-term planning and methodical decision-making while staying uncompromisingly client focused. When other firms were simply buying and selling stocks or mutual funds, Raymond James focused on financial planning to help individuals reach their goals. It was the first firm to pioneer that concept – and today it supports its advisors with access to a full range of comprehensive resources, helping them to do the same.

  • More than 5,400 financial advisors
  • 2 million client accounts
  • 2,400 locations (United States, Canada and abroad)
  • $268 billion in client assets
  • $35 billion managed by its subsidiary asset managers

Raymond James Financial was recently named the best full-service broker in the 2011 SmartMoney annual broker survey for the third time in four years – ranking above Edward Jones, Wells Fargo, UBS, Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney.
