Lisa Forcke

Branch Manager

Lisa Forcke is a branch manager and investment advisor representative with Raymond James Financial Services, Inc., member FINRA/SIPC. With more than 20 years of experience as a financial advisor, she is committed to providing her clients the highest level of professionalism and personal service. Lisa specializes in asset management and retirement planning. To assist in maintaining quality service, the minimum investment account size she manages is $1,000,000. Her existing clients consist of individuals who desire a long-term relationship with an advisor based on trust and mutual respect. They expect and receive quality service, competent work and an advisor who really cares about what is important to them.

A native of Richmond, Virginia, Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science degree at Virginia Tech and a Master of Education degree from the University of Virginia. She completed the Certified Financial Planner Professional Education Program at the College for Financial Planning and holds the  CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER  certification. Lisa also has securities licenses, including the Series 7, General Securities Principal and the Series 63. She is a member of the Financial Planning Association, and past president of both the Central Virginia Society of the Institute of Certified Financial Planners and the International Association for Financial Planning.  Her hobbies include snow skiing, traveling, hiking and gardening.

David Kaplan

Co-Branch Manager

David Kaplan has been a partner at Forcke, Kaplan & Noonan, LLC since 2001 and became co-manager of the Raymond James Financial Services branch in May 2008. David earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER certification in 1998. He also holds the Series 7 general securities representative, Series 24 general securities principal, Series 63 uniform securities agent state law and the Series 65 registered investment advisor licenses. He has clients in Virginia, New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, South Carolina, California and Utah, and works with both individuals and businesses in various areas of financial planning and investment management, with a special emphasis in retirement planning, education planning, asset allocation and investment selection. He seeks to assist his clients not only in accomplishing their goals, but also in understanding the process by which effective financial decisions are made. It is David's aim to provide sound advice that enables his clients to make informed choices for attaining their goals.

Born in New Jersey, David is a graduate of Colgate University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in both economics and political science. While at Colgate, David was a member of the Red Raider football team. In 1989, he was awarded the Joseph Huther Award, given to the Colgate senior intercollegiate athlete who puts team success above personal achievement. After undergraduate school, David attended the University of Richmond School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor degree. He became a member of the state bar of New Jersey in 1992, although he no longer practices law in a formal capacity.

David and his wife, Cheryl, live in the Wellesley community in Richmond, Virginia, with their three sons. David is a member of the local PTA and is an active volunteer at his sons’ schools. In his free time, David enjoys golf, running and fitness, participating in adult league football, and coaching various little league sports.

Marian Brintley
Office Manager

Marian Brintley is the office manager of Forcke, Kaplan & Noonan, LLC and has been with the firm since August 1982. She has more than 40 years of experience in the life insurance industry and over 20 years of experience in the investment field. Marian is typically the first source of client contact. She not only handles most client paperwork processing and administrative account resolution, but also performs the firm's bookkeeping and strives to maintain high levels of compliance with both firm and industry regulatory standards. Marian has one daughter and two grandchildren.

Deborah Smith
Registered Paraplanner
Financial Planning Associate, RJFS

Deborah Smith is a  Registered Representative and Financial Planning Associate with Raymond James Financial Services, Inc.  Debbie has been an associate at Forcke, Kaplan & Noonan, LLC since 1999.  She is a graduate of James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science degree and received her paraplanner designation from The College of Financial Planning in 2007. She also holds the Series 66 and Series 7 general securities license.

Deborah works closely with the financial advisors providing technical assistance, such as conducting research on listed securities, managed funds, market conditions and government regulations. She also assists in preparing financial plans and client reviews. Deborah is married and has three children.
