The Raymond James independent employee option is for you if you value freedom and have the drive and discipline to independently manage your practice, but prefer to focus on clients rather than the administrative challenges of running a business.

A minimum of three years’ experience and $500,000 or higher in annual fee and commission revenues and a clean compliance record is a prerequisite for joining our firm as an independent employee advisor.
