Rhonda M. Denzio
Registered Client Service Associate
Rhonda Denzio entered the financial services industry in 2005, attracted to the business by the prospect of being able to use her resourcefulness and genuine concern for others to help people reach their goals. She joined The Oxley Financial Advisory Group in 2008 and liaisons between clients and financial advisors to provide effective wealth management services. Previously, she was a registered financial associate with Wachovia (formerly A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc.) and a human resources specialist and trainer with Lowes Home Centers for 10 years. She has also been a licensed cosmetologist since 1982.
As a registered securities representative, Rhonda's goal is to help the group's clients prosper and to feel confident that their needs are being addressed fully and efficiently. Within the community, she is involved with the Red Cross and has responded to numerous disasters. She is also an active member of her church where she serves in various ministries.
A 1980 graduate of Franklin Community High School, Rhonda continues to reside in her hometown of Franklin along with her husband, John, and their two sons, Jacob and Paul. Outside of the office, she enjoys horticulture and landscaping, running in mini-marathons, and antiques. Most of all, Rhonda and John enjoy spending time with their family.
Pamela J. Navratil
Registered Client Service Associate
Pam Navratil has gained a substantial depth of financial services experience since entering the industry in 1991, which complements her excellent communication skills and her desire to provide excellent service to each client of The Oxley Financial Advisory Group.
After joining Raymond James in 1991, Pam spent nine years in operations. Today, she plays a central role within The Oxley Financial Advisory Group, serving as an accessible and knowledgeable point of contact for clients. Working closely with the financial advisory team, Pam helps devise investment solutions designed to meet clients' long-term investment goals.
Originally from Greenwood, Pam resides in Brown County with her husband Rory. She is mother to two, Mickey and Brittany, and grandmother to four, Haylie, Emma, Grace and Jake. In her free time, Pam enjoys training, riding and showing horses and volunteering with the Brown County 4H. She also enjoys boating, camping, hiking and fishing.
Douglas R. O'Neill
Client Service Associate
Doug O'Neill joined The Oxley Financial Advisory Group in 2008. Previously, he has been a head coach, an aquatics manager, and a programmer and analyst. Doug helps to ensure that each client's portfolio remains aligned with their long-term goals by preparing quarterly reviews. He also helps guide the group in using technology to better serve our clients.
In 1998, Doug graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in mathematics and a minor in management. Since then, he has also become a Certified Information Technology Professional. He currently resides in his hometown of Greenwood.
Julie Weinberg
Business Development Manager
Julie Weinberg brings a wide range of project planning and management experience to The Oxley Financial Advisory Group. Since 1993, she has worked with several companies in a number of roles including project team leader, product launch coordinator and distribution team leader. Julie has been overseeing The Oxley Financial Advisory Group's project management, event planning and marketing initiatives since 2007.
A native of Greenwood, Julie graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering in 1993. She continues to reside in Greenwood with her husband Bill and their two children, Addison and Jocelyn. Julie is a member of First Baptist Church of Greenwood where she is active in the music ministry, and enjoys volunteering at her daughters' schools, decorating, working on home improvement projects, and spending time with family and friends.
Corey Freudenstein
Client Service Associate
Corey Freudenstein joined The Oxley Financial Advisory Group as an intern in July 2008, assuming his full-time role that December. As a sales associate, he is committed to providing consistent, high-quality service to the team's clients, ensuring they receive clear and honest advice every time. Goal-oriented and persevering, Corey also strives to assist his fellow team members in any way he can. His areas of focus include disbursements and managing client documentation as well as assisting with office technical issues and preparing for quarterly client review meetings.
While attending the University of Indianapolis, Corey was encouraged by a professor to capitalize on his lifelong love of numbers by pursuing a career in the financial services industry. In 2008, he graduated cum laude, receiving his Bachelor of Science in marketing with a minor in finance. Originally from the Center Grove area of Greenwood, Indiana, Corey resides in Indianapolis. In the community, he is a member of the Delta Mu Delta academic fraternity and attends Emmanuel Church of Greenwood. Corey credits much of his success to the support of his family and enjoys golfing, spending time with family and friends, and helping others.
