Devan A. Koehn
Certified Public Accountant

Devan Koehn is the resident CPA at Scovan Financial Services, handling tax planning for the group's clients. She is also in charge of bookkeeping services for many small business clients. With extensive experience in trust and estate accounting, as well as a master's degree in taxation from Virginia Polytechnic Institute, she provides valuable tax knowledge and specialized skills to the group.
