Kristina’s role as Client Care Manager is an innovative position in the financial services industry and is critical to our successful client retention- referral efforts.
She serves our clients in the role of manager of our “concierge” services, which includes traditional operational and service administration duties and much more.
For example, Kristina oversees our Client Care Specialist’s efforts to proactively check-in with our clients on regular cycles within the calendar quarter to be sure any questions or concerns are addressed in their earliest stages.
Kristina is a 2006 University of Dayton Business Marketing graduate and an academic scholarship award recipient. As a student, she helped the U.D. School of Law develop their marketing to increase admissions and to enhance their prestige within the law school community.
In her role as Marketing Director, Kristina uses her marketing, social media, and web services skills to maintain our client-centric practice website, online Client-Investor Access and our advertising-social media efforts.
