Lauren Letson is a Colorado native and grew up in Ski Town USA, Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Lauren recently graduated from the University of Denver in June with high honors and a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance, with a minor in Marketing. She will be attending the University of Denver, again, in the fall of 2011 where she will earn her Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
Lauren will be one of two participants in the inaugural CHAPEL & COLLINS Financial Planning Residency Program. The program is an in-depth three year program that focuses on the principles of financial planning and couples them with the skills of networking, advisory process and technical knowledge. During this time, she will be a candidate for the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification.
In her spare time, she likes to spend time with friends & family, be outdoors, snow ski, do water sports, and go shopping. Lauren has travelled to South America and Europe a few times and studied at the University of Westminster in London, England for a semester during her Junior year of college. In addition, she enjoys spending time with her younger sister, who also attends DU.
