PIP is a Fee-based Advisory Service

When you invest through PIP, you pay an annual advisory fee. The services offered, including asset allocation, rebalancing, reporting and our guidance, are all included in the fee.

The PIP portfolios do not have front-end or back-end sales or redemption charges. However, each portfolio, like all index funds, has its own operating expenses and management fees. Fees vary depending on the index fund and are in addition to the PIP fee. Unless required by applicable law, no portion of the fees paid to us for the services described in this brochure will be reduced or offset by these mutual fund fees. Your account’s return will be reduced by the index fund fees and expenses as well as the PIP Program fee.
