Depending on your needs, the investment advisor regulations in your state and the rules of your professional association, we can typically get you started within 15 days of your initial contact with us. Regulations vary from state to state. For example, several states allow certain professionals such as accountants and attorneys to receive fees for client referrals to third parties. Several of these states exempt these advisors from investment advisor registration requirements under certain circumstances, thereby making start-up faster.

Confirm that fee-sharing is permitted by applicable professional rules
Form a limited liability corporation (LLC) or limited partnership (LP) for your organization*
Sign the Referral Network agreement provided by our group
Provide the clients with The David J. Yvars Group Form ADV Part II and Schedule F (48 hours prior to clients signing)
Work with clients and our group to identify their personal sets of circumstances, current assets and financial goals and objectives
Have your clients sign the Referral Network disclosure statement and acknowledgement before the time of account opening
Open accounts
Provide ongoing advice to us and clients
