Located right on the Raymond James Institutional trading floor, the Equity Services team offers a complete suite of trading-related services. We use our research, technical, and economic analysts each day to provide an appropriate trading strategy. Each order is personally handled by either a senior market maker (NASDAQ stocks) or floor trader (listed stocks) to provide institutional-quality service and execution.
Corporate Share Repurchase Programs - Our goal is to achieve the company’s objective of repurchasing shares without wasting the company’s capital. The objectives range from volume targets to lowest possible price to overall price stability. We have experience handling orders from 1,000 shares to 1 million shares a day and have consistently beaten the volume weighted average price (VWAP) for our clients.
Block Transactions - We have extensive experience handling the execution of block transactions. We utilize our research analysts and institutional sales force to put together a target list of prospective buyers/sellers. This allows for a seamless transaction without adversely moving the stock ahead of the trade.
Rule 144/145 Sales - We treat all Rule 144 clients with the utmost confidentiality. We coordinate with the institutional traders and sales force to control which accounts are called. Our typical strategy is to sell the shares at the best possible price without putting selling pressure on the market. We execute all orders within full compliance of SEC guidelines and can take care of all the necessary filings on behalf of the client.
Employee Stock Option Plans - We provide the individual employees of a company a cashless stock option exercise. We provide institutional quality execution for the sale with a timely and easy settlement process for the company. We have a team of settlement specialists who can advise the employee through the process.
