Raymond James honored at Tampa Bay 20th Anniversary INROADS Awards

Since becoming an INROADS partner, Raymond James has taken the program’s ideals and ultimate goal – creating lasting opportunities for our interns and our firm – to heart. In just two years:

• Enrollment has more than doubled,
• Formal mentors have been added,
• Retention rates have increased from less than 10% to more than 90% and
• We’ve added more structure and development opportunities for our interns.

In recognition of all we’ve accomplished in this short time, Raymond James – along with other local leaders – was honored at the Tampa Bay 20th Anniversary INROADS Awards banquet held July 31, 2008.

The firm was recognized for its continued support at the silver level, and Paulette Hines was named Business Coordinator of the Year among nominees from Publix, MetLife, SunTrust Bank, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. 

Several of our interns were also recognized for their accomplishments, including Christian Pryor, who was honored for academic achievement; Jorge Echarte, who received the Trendsetter Award for high academic honors; and Barry Estelhomme, who was awarded the Alumni Scholarship Award for outstanding community service.
