Women's Interactive Network (WIN)
The Raymond James Women's Interactive Network (WIN) is a network of employees that provides resources and opportunities to support women's professional development and enhance their careers at Raymond James. Open to all associates, the goals of WIN are to:
- Provide diverse programs and events to serve the career and professional development needs of women across the firm,
- Create opportunities for associates to build their networks across the firm'
- Increase awareness and usage of professional development resources and
- Support the firm's recruiting initiatives to attract and retain talented women
WIN is dedicated to fostering an environment that supports our associates while helping to attract and retain professional women who will contribute to the firm's long-term success. Sponsored events include a monthly speaker series that features guest speakers from both Raymond James and the business community with a formal program as well as informal networking events.
