The Young Professionals Network (YPN) is dedicated to helping Raymond James’ young associates expand their professional networks, facilitating opportunities for career enhancement and development, and providing a forum for identifying and addressing many of the unique issues affecting the firm’s young professionals.
A primary focus of Young Professionals Network has been on providing opportunities for young professionals to meet and network with other associates in the firm, from other departments and other roles. A popular event for socializing with colleagues in an informal setting is YPN’s annual Barbeque and Cornhole Tournament. YPN also hosts several after-work networking events throughout the year at nearby locations so that members have an opportunity to expand their networks.
