Blending integrity, hard work and strong listening skills, Emilie Theriot understands that thoughtful and attentive service is what builds lasting client relationships. Her upbringing in a military family taught her valuable skills for adapting to the changing circumstances and fluid nature of the investment business.

After attending the University of Maryland where she studied liberal arts, Emilie began her career in the investment industry with First Command Financial Planning. There she helped to improve the financial well-being of America’s professional military families. She was later recruited to a major investment firm where she enhanced her fundamental knowledge of investments and earned the Series 7 General Securities License and the Series 66 Uniform Combined State Securities license. Exemplifying the Raymond James culture of putting clients first, she recently became a Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™ giving her the advanced skills necessary to help guide clients through the complexities of comprehensive financial planning.

Her background and exposure to the military has brought a disciplined approach to the execution of the group’s process for both individuals and institutions.
