Charles Kolias joined Raymond James in June 2016 as a Wealth Manager. Born in Greece, Chuck and his parents immigrated to the United States in 1967 and settled in New Castle, Pennsylvania. They later moved to Youngstown, Ohio, where Chuck was raised.
Chuck studied economics at the University of Pittsburgh and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. He furthered his education at Youngstown State University earning a Master of Arts degree in economics.
Prior to joining Raymond James, Chuck was a financial advisor with A.G. Edwards from 1993 to 2003, and branch manager of the Sewickley, Pennsylvania, office from 2003 to 2011.
In 2011, the Kolias-Tabaka Wealth Management Team was created. Chuck and Joe Tabaka have known each other since their early days at the University of Pittsburgh.
"Ongoing communication and service keeps clients updated and prepared for scheduled reviews and yearly face-to-face engagements," Chuck says. "We believe our conservative, client-focused approach with exceptional service is what sets us apart.”
Chuck and his wife, Cathy, reside in Cranberry Township. They support numerous philanthropic causes.
Chuck served on the sports auction committee for the Epilepsy Foundation of Western/Central Pennsylvania and is a proud member of the American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association.
He enjoys golf and is a Pittsburgh sports fan. He has used his love of golf to organize successful outings to raise funds for St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Pittsburgh, Cystic Fibrosis, and ALS/Lou Gehrig's Disease.
