Justin Mintz joined Raymond James in 2021 as a director in the firm’s Consumer Investment Banking group. He brings extensive experience in consumer and retail transaction advisory, working with growth-oriented companies and private equity firms across various consumer practice areas. Prior to joining Raymond James, Mr. Mintz spent over five years at Financo where he focused on M&A and capital raises within the consumer and retail sector. Mr. Mintz graduated cum laude from the College of Arts & Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in economics.
