Vennette Ho

Vennette Ho joined Raymond James in 2021 from Financo where she spearheaded Financo’s industry-leading beauty and personal care practice around the globe. Over the course of her 15-year investment banking career, Ms. Ho has focused on M&A and equity capital raises for rapidly growing companies. Ms. Ho has received numerous accolades for her work and was recently named by Mergers & Acquisitions magazine as one of the Most Influential Women in Mid-Market M&A, and by Women’s Wear Daily as one of the 50 Most Powerful Women in Beauty. Forbes and CircleUp have also recognized her in their annual Consumer Catalyst Awards, which honors top dealmakers and influencers in the consumer industry for emerging brands.

Aside from her past role with Financo, Ms. Ho worked at Lazard in equity research and at Bloomingdale’s in merchandising. She received an MBA with honors from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts with honors from Brown University. Ms. Ho is a member of the Board of Governors of Cosmetic Executive Women. She also serves on the board of Children’s Academy, a nonprofit K-12 school for children with special needs.
