Ken Phillips

Ken Phillips has been in the Pennsylvania municipal finance business since 1981. During that time his focus has been on general obligation and revenue issuers, concentrating on school district and municipal issuers. Ken is a frequent speaker at statewide municipal conferences and has worked closely with the Pennsylvania Association of School Business Officials throughout his career. Ken graduated summa cum laude from Davis & Elkins College, West Virginia, with a Bachelor of Science degree in economics and finance.
