Patrick McGann

Patrick McGann joined Raymond James Public Finance in 2015 and has more than 10 years of industry experience. Patrick covers municipal clients throughout the Northeast, with a particular focus on the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Patrick has experience in a broad range of tax-exempt and taxable financing techniques, serving as the lead or lead quantitative banker on more than 80 transactions, totaling over $8.1 billion.

Patrick has worked on all types of transactions, including transactions on behalf of states, state authorities, local municipalities, school districts, water and sewer authorities, transportation issuers, ports, and public and private higher education institutions. Prior to joining Raymond James, Patrick worked as a municipal advisor with Public Financial Management in its quantitative strategies and financial advisory practices. Patrick graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and a concentration in finance from Drexel University. He holds the Series 52 and 63 securities licenses.
