Scott Kramer
Managing Director
Scott Kramer is a managing director in the municipal finance department and is based in the Lancaster, Pennsylvania, office. He joined Raymond James in 2022 after 22 years at RBC Capital Markets. Prior to working at RBC Capital Markets and its predecessor firms, Scott spent seven years at First Union Capital Markets. During the past 30 years, he has structured and completed hundreds of different types of financings for Pennsylvania authorities, municipalities and school districts. He is a graduate of Bloomsburg University with a degree in finance with a concentration in economics.
