Cindy Hardy is an associate in the municipal finance department and is based in the Lancaster, Pennsylvania, office. She joined Raymond James in 2022 after five years at RBC Capital Markets and 19 years at PFM Financial Advisors. She focuses on serving K-12 and general municipal clients in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Cindy has provided senior-managed investment banking support on hundreds of sole-managed bond issues and note placements in Pennsylvania for a variety of clients including school districts, counties, local governments and water and sewer authorities. Cindy holds the Series 52 and 63 licenses.
