As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional, Darlene has been in the financial services industry since 1987. A general partner with Roney & Company at the time of their acquisition by Bank One in 1998, Darlene joined Raymond James & Associates following their acquisition of Roney & Company from Bank One in 1999. Darlene entered the financial services industry following a 15-year career with a Fortune 200 manufacturing conglomerate where she was responsible for the administration of all salaried benefit programs, including a 401(k) plan, for the division in which she worked. Darlene's career change to the financial services industry was a natural progression for her. She not only could assist people with the accumulation of assets for various life events, she could also assist them with the investment of those savings in accordance with mutually defined goals, needs and priorities.
Darlene was a member of the Raymond James & Associates Women’s Advisory Council from 1999 through 2006.

Working as a Registered Client Service Associate, Lisa Kalinowski assists Darlene in servicing client accounts, as well as providing her administrative expertise.
Lisa first began her career in the financial services industry in 1997, and specializes in servicing client needs. Prior to joining Raymond James & Associates in March of 2006, Lisa was a Senior Associate in portfolio management for National City’s Private Client Group. She earned her Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree, with a major in Finance from Western Michigan University in 1992. She holds her series 7 and 66 licenses as well as the Michigan Life, Accident and Health Insurance license.
Lisa lives in Richland with her husband, Jeff, and two children, Riley and Connor. She enjoys spending time with her children and often finds herself dreaming of tropical vacations. Lisa is an active member of her church and has a passion for charity work. In the past she has coordinated several charitable giving endeavors among co-workers and friends. Lisa and her family also love Irish music and festivals and it isn’t unheard of for them to travel out of town for such events.
