Energy Investment Banking Group

Established in 1994, the Energy Group at Raymond James has been one of the most active investment banking groups in the energy space, with a focus on the following energy sub-sectors:

The Energy Group has been an underwriter or advisor on more than 400 energy transactions, and the Energy research team currently covers 174 companies. There are currently 26 professionals in the energy investment banking group, including bankers complemented by a ‘technical’ staff, and 21 professionals in research. The combined proprietary knowledge and experience of personnel in the Energy Group offers clients an unmatched level of investment banking service, including advisory services, capital formation, fairness opinions and restructuring services.
