Banks and Thrifts
At Raymond James, our focus on the banking industry extends from local community banking institutions to large global money centers, as well as specialty niche banks. Our primary investment banking focus is providing services to community and regional banks and thrift institutions nationwide.
Our specialized approach to business involves establishing long-term, strategic relationships with high-performing organizations and providing fully customized advice on a variety of topics including:
- Capital formation,
- Whole bank and branch acquisitions and divestitures,
- Stock repurchases, and
- Capital deployment.
Every other month, our investment banking group publishes a “State of the Markets” capsule summarizing valuation trends in the banking industry.
Additionally, our bank and thrift practice is supported by the research coverage of approximately 80 depository institutions.
