Raymond James acted as the sole financial advisor to H.C. Price. Raymond James identified and introduced potential strategic and financial buyers to H.C. Price management. CIMs went to approximately 40 parties for review and consideration. Raymond James received term sheets from several parties interested in a transaction with H.C. Price. Raymond James assisted the company in analyzing and reviewing each proposal and negotiating the terms of the LOI. Raymond James valued the non-cash consideration in the transaction and analyzed the potential value of such consideration. H.C. Price agreed to be merged with Gregory & Cook to create Price Gregory Services, Inc., a new platform company of SCF Partners, which is sponsoring the formation transaction. |
