DayJet Corporation

On March 6, 2007 DayJet Corporation announced the receipt of $50 million in capital resulting from the completion of its third round of private equity financing. This latest round of investment provides DayJet with the capital required to launch the first affordable commercial-scale U.S. air-taxi service in the second quarter of this year. DayJet is the launch customer for the Eclipse 500 VLJ (very light jet) and is the first air-taxi operator to have the advantageof the game-changing VLJ aircraft class.

The majority of the securities were placed with eight institutions and private equity funds as well as numerous individuals. The investor group also included private equity investors from outside of the United States. Raymond James served as financial advisor to DayJet.

DayJet has developed the first "Per-Seat, On-Demand" jet service that makes the convenience of corporate jet travel broadly available and affordable for more people and organizations. Customers only pay for the seat(s) booked, not the entire aircraft, and fly on their individually negotiated schedules. DayJet flights will be priced at a modest premium to equivalent regional full-fare coach airfares. The Company will also offer traditional "whole plane" charters, and believes it will be able to offer this service at market-leading prices. The Company is headquartered in Delray Beach, Florida.
