Mr. Sweat joined Raymond James & Associates in 2001. From 1989 to 2001, he served as managing director and head of health care investment banking for SunTrust Equitable Securities. Prior to that, he spent five years working for First Union Bank, where he was involved primarily in mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Lindsey joined Raymond James & Associates in 2001. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions and private and public financings for health care companies. Prior to joining Raymond James, he held investment banking and merchant banking positions with SunTrust Equitable Securities and ING Capital Corporation, respectively, focusing on the health care sector with both groups. Sector focus areas include post-acute health care services (skilled nursing, rehabilitation, home health care, hospice and long-term acute care) as well as managed care and outsourcing and benefits management. Mr. Lindsey holds a BS in business administration from the University of Alabama and an MBA in finance and taxation from Emory University.

His experience includes buy-side and sell-side merger and acquisition transactions as well as significant public and private financing transactions. Prior to joining Lane Berry, Mr. Welch spent 10 years as an investment banker at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and its successor, Credit Suisse First Boston. His sector focus areas include health care information technology, health care business process outsourcing, and outsourced drug development technologies and services. Mr. Welch holds a BA in international business from Ohio Wesleyan University.

Kurtis Parker

Mr. Parker joined Raymond James & Associates in 2008 after spending more than eight years in the health care investment banking team at A.G. Edwards. His experience includes both buy-side and sell-side merger and acquisition transactions as well as significant public and private financing experience. Prior to A.G. Edwards, Mr. Parker worked as an associate at Coopers & Lybrand (now PWC) and received his CPA certification. Sector focus areas include medical technology and devices as well as health care services (particularly outsourced health care services). Mr. Parker graduated summa cum laude in accounting from Brigham Young University and later received an MBA with high distinction from the University of Michigan.
