Thomas Mullins
Managing Director

Mr. Mullins joined Raymond James & Associates in 1986 and is active in mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and private placements. Mr. Mullins has a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Vanderbilt University, where he graduated magna cum laude, and earned a Master of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College. Mr. Mullins previously served as a member of the corporate finance department at Salomon Brothers in New York.

Paul Jones
Managing Director

Mr. Jones joined Raymond James & Associates in 1998. His previous experience includes middle-market buyouts with Brockway Moran & Partners and investment banking with Merrill Lynch. He also worked in public accounting for KPMG Peat Marwick and served on the technical staff of the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB). He has advised on approximately 20 M&A and advisory assignments with total value of more than $1.5 billion. Mr. Jones holds a Master of Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was named an Arjay Miller Scholar, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting, summa cum laude, from the University of Georgia.

Scott Brinner
Vice President

Mr. Brinner joined Raymond James in 2009 and is active in mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and private placements. He has previously served in the investment banking department at Wachovia Securities, where he was an officer in the firm's transportation practice, and at Ernst & Young. Mr. Brinner holds a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science from Miami University in Ohio, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago. In addition, he has earned the CFA and CPA professional certifications.
