J. Davenport Mosby III

Co-Head of Investment Banking, Head of Mergers & Acquisitions

Mr. Mosby joined Raymond James in 1982 and is a senior managing director in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group as well as co-head of Investment Banking. As such, he is primarily involved in providing financial advisory services, with additional activity in public and private equity and debt offerings. While at Raymond James, he has had experience as head of the Real Estate Investment Banking Group with additional experience in the energy, health care and leisure industries.

Mr. Mosby received a Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and a Master of Business Administration with distinction from the Harvard Business School.

J. Jefferson Maxwell

Mr. Maxwell joined Raymond James & Associates in 2002 as a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Prior to joining Raymond James, Mr. Maxwell spent two years as an associate at Morgan Stanley, where he was a member of the mergers and acquisitions group. Additionally, Mr. Maxwell spent three years as an investment banking analyst with Raymond James & Associates, where he was a member of the Health Care Group. Mr. Maxwell graduated with distinction from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering and earned a Master of Business Administration from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia, where he was named a Turner Scholar.
