Raymond James Real Estate Research is led by Paul Puryear, a 20-year industry veteran who has won numerous awards and, along with his research team, was recently named the top analyst by Forbes.com, Zachs investment research in the home construction industry for 2008, and ranked eighth among 2,700 analysts – regardless of industry – in overall ability to pick stocks and forecast earnings over the past three years.
