CONSCIENTIOUS. KNOWLEDGEABLE. RESPONSIVE.
When asked what words I would want clients to use to describe me, I chose the three listed above. I can’t imagine three words that I would rather have people use when thinking of me.
Conscientious, Knowledgeable and Responsive–those words alone could be one of the best job descriptions of what advisors should look for in a manager and what a client should look for in an advisor. In all my interactions I never forget it is the relationship that matters. Whether designing Legacy Plans for individuals and families or creating an atmosphere were advisors can invest for the best interest of their clients; it is important to follow those three words.
Raymond James has consistently ranked in the top 10% of surveys regarding employee and client satisfaction. And in the most recent survey the St. Petersburg complex out-performed the firm wide average. The culture of putting the client-advisor relationship first starts at the top and is reinforced at the branch level.
We’ve always thought strength emerges from solid risk management. This founding belief is one reason we continue to take a long-term view and remain disciplined – for clients, as well as for our firm.
There’s still a place where stability and your satisfaction matter.
There’s still Raymond James.
Doesn’t your future deserve a firm and an advisor that stay true to their core beliefs in good times and bad?
