Client Communications Process

In order to ensure that we keep up with changes in your life and in the markets, we keep in touch with you regularly, following a schedule built around your desire to communicate with us. Because we have limited our private client group to a select group of individuals, we allow you to determine the frequency with which we meet to review your situation and results. Please keep in mind that the process defined below can be customized and may vary from client to client based on the level of service you select. At minimum, you will be eligible to receive the following:

First Quarter

We begin each year by reviewing the last. In addition to a comprehensive, face-to-face “year-in-review” discussion of your portfolio and its progress, we will revisit the First Landing Advisory Process, rebalance your customized asset allocation, and analyze and update our investment strategies as necessary. We will also focus on changes in your financial situation, if any, as well as how you are progressing toward your goals.

Second Quarter

At your convenience (in person, via phone or through e-mail), we will review the events of the second quarter, as well as the progress of your portfolio. We will also assess the methodologies we are employing and the investments you currently hold, and update our strategies as needed.

Third Quarter

At your convenience (in person, via phone or through e-mail), we will review the events of the third quarter, as well as the progress of your portfolio. We will also assess the methodologies we are employing and the investments you currently hold, and update our strategies as needed.

Fourth Quarter

At year’s end, we will cover the same information we reviewed in both the second and third quarters. In addition, we’ll spend time discussing tax planning and the strategies you should focus on as April 15 approaches. Again, this meeting is conducted at your convenience in person, via phone or through e-mail and at times will include your CPA or tax advisor.
