Jim Forman

With more than 40 years in the financial services industry at firms including Edward Jones, Merrill Lynch and LPL Financial, Jim Forman offers extensive experience in helping clients with retirement income planning and reaching their investment goals.
Jim has served on many not-for-profit boards in Illinois and Indiana as a board member and chairman. He is active in First United Methodist Church serving on several committees and the Foundation. Jim is a veteran of the U.S. military.
A native of Illinois, Jim currently lives in Columbus, Indiana, with his wife Barbara. In addition to their son, Troy, they have a daughter, Ashly Moore, and three grandchildren. |
