Jim Forman

With more than 40 years in the financial services industry at firms including Edward Jones, Merrill Lynch and LPL Financial, Jim Forman remains fully committed to serving his clients.
Jim is active in community and philanthropic affairs. He has served as chairman of the Columbus Cancer Foundation, as well as of the Indiana United Way board of directors and the United Methodist’s Foundation board, finance committee and staff parish committee. Jim also works with the United Methodist Church and First United Methodist Church Foundation in a number of capacities, and is a member of the Heart Foundation and Rotary International.
A native of Illinois, Jim currently lives in Columbus, Indiana, with his wife Barbara. In addition to their son, Troy, they have a daughter, Ashly Moore, and two grandchildren. |
