Todd has been helping clients with investment planning since 1998. To expand his scope of expertise and further benefit his clients, he became a retirement plan consultant in 2005. Married 19 years to his college sweetheart, Jeannie, Todd and his family live in the Panama City area. When he’s not working with clients, Todd enjoys spending time with his four children, motorcycle touring and racing.

Christina Hiers, a registered sales associate, joined Foundation Financial in 2007, bringing her specialization in client administrative services to the team. Previously, she worked with clients at A.G. Edwards as a registered financial associate. She is proud to have called Panama City home all of her life and still resides in the area with her daughter Britney.
