Rueter guides our team in helping clients pursue their financial goals by providing prudent advice on investment planning, retirement distribution strategies and a diverse range of key areas, including life and health insurance, tax planning, estate planning, educational savings and financial aid, and intergenerational wealth transfer.
Tim is dedicated to guiding his clients in building a solid foundation of financial independence for their families through education, communication and service that exceeds expectations. As a second-generation financial advisor, he carries on the legacy of his father, who was a top producer in the industry for 20 years.
In 2007, Tim received a special invitation to attend Wharton Business School at University of Pennsylvania to study retirement distribution strategies. Committed to his ongoing education, Tim became a Certified Financial Planner™ professional in 2010, and he also holds the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation, which focuses on estate planning and wealth transfer strategies.
Harvey conducts extensive quantitative research with our team after retiring as a full-time investment advisor in January 2011. His passion and in-depth knowledge of investments and asset allocation makes Harvey a valuable resource for Foundation Wealth Strategies.
Subscribing to and reading more than 30 investment-related periodicals every month, Harvey maintains that patience and knowledge go a long way, balanced with sound investing techniques. Furthermore, he believes one should not put investing before asset protection.
Harvey began working in the financial services industry more than 15 years ago. Earlier in his career, Harvey worked in the railroad logistics and trucking transportation industry and also owned his own software business.
He has lived in DuPage County for more than 30 years and has two daughters and ten grandchildren. In his free time, Harvey enjoys playing golf and traveling.
Rachel has earned two degrees, an Associates in Applied Science from Black Hawk College and a BA in Corporate and Organizational Communications from Northern Illinois University. While at Northern Illinois University, she was a Lincoln Laureate Nominee and graduated Summa Cum Laude. She brings seven years of office and business management experience to Foundation Wealth Strategies. Her diverse professional background has given her many opportunities to meet and connect with patients and clients on different levels. Rachel understands that each client is unique and delights in getting acquainted with everyone on a personal level.
As our business grows, it is important to have an experienced, organized and efficient staff that can handle and manage the day to day needs of our thriving client base. Rachel has a wide array of responsibilities as the office manager, including scheduling appointments and events, money movement, banking, social media communications, community relations, and business referral concierge services for our firm.
Rachel believes strong communities start in and with neighborhood schools. Because of this belief, she started a Girl Scout troop for her neighborhood elementary school and is in her second year as a troop leader.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking and baking for loved ones, crocheting, exploring new cities and planning parties.
Gayle graduated with a degree in Business from Northwest Missouri State University. After graduation, she went to work for a commerical real estate company, where she met Tim.
After many years spent as Office Manager in different fields, Gayle stayed home to raise their young children. She now helps out in the office with various administrative tasks while still being able to spend time with their children.
Gayle volunteers at her local church and enjoys many activities with her family.
