Mark began his professional career in 1978 with Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company prior to his graduation from Michigan State University with a BA in Risk Management, Finance & Insurance. He later joined CIGNA's Individual Financial Planning Division and then moved into Agency Management with John Hancock in the Detroit, Michigan area.

In 1997, Mark transitioned to California and has owned several insurance general agencies working with independent advisors and property casualty producers. Mark also co-hosted several radio talk shows with attorneys, CPA's and financial advisors regularly speaking at client workshops on the subjects of estate planning, taxes, insurance and financial planning. As a valued resource, he has always been widely recognized as an estate planning and wealth transfer specialist and is also known for his expertise with business continuation planning.

In 2012, Mark began working with select top Raymond James Advisors along the West Coast, with a mission to provide them with reliable and comprehensive support for cutting edge knowledge and expertise in insurance related solutions and services. As a result of joining TIME Financial, Mark has expanded his reach and is now also able to partner with Financial Advisors affiliated with many other firms.

During the process of working with advisors, Mark meets with their clients to fully understand their goals and then coordinates with their team of professional advisors to prepare a comprehensive plan that may involve financial, tax, legal, or insurance solutions tailored to their unique needs. He provides the in-depth analyses, illustrations and market research necessary for clients to make informed decisions. Mark's approach is two-fold - fully evaluate the specifics of a client's financial situation, and offer sound recommendations for alternative financial decisions.

Mark's strengths and focus are in providing holistic, consultative planning and structuring clients' affairs with maximum flexibility while ensuring they are able to maintain control over their net worth with clear and understandable solutions to often complex planning issues.
