Montana has been my home, all of my life. I was born in Missoula. My father moved the family to Havre in 1964 to start his law practice. Raised in Havre on the Hi-Line, I have lived here ever since, raising my own family.
Havre is nestled in a diverse area of North Central Montana, sitting in the Milk River Valley, surrounded by rolling golden wheat fields in what has become known as the Golden Triangle of Montana and the rising peaks of the Bear Paw Mountains standing majestically several thousand feet above the plains surround the city of Havre. The peaks of Mount Baldy, Bates and Otis have elevations of 6,000 to 7,000 feet and are only a few minutes drive south of Havre.
