
Charlie is a Registered Representative, Registered Principal, and a Registered Investment Advisor Representative at the Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. office in Jackson, MS. He serves as branch manager. A graduate of Delta State University, he completed the American Institute of Banking programs, is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, and has been involved in the investment and administration of retirement plans since 1975, which is when he joined the Trust Division of Deposit Guaranty National Bank. He was head of the Retirement Plan department within the Trust Division when he left in 1980 to become co-owner of a retirement planning firm.

Charles graduated from The University of Mississippi School of Accountancy in 2001 and received his Masters of Accountancy in 2002. He worked in the audit department for Deloitte & Touche, LLP in Memphis, TN for three years. His clients were primarily SEC registered, and he has extensive experience in auditing the retirement plans of publicly traded companies. He joined Raymond James in October of 2005 and serves as a Registered Representative, Registered Principal, and Registered Investment Advisor Representative, and is a Certified Public Accountant*.

Frances has worked with Charlie in the retirement plan industry since 1983. Frances handles retirement plan administration and client communications.
Laura has worked with Charlie since 1994, and prior to joining Charlie's business, she worked for an area CPA firm for 20 years.
