The relationships I form with my clients are strong bonds that enable me to serve them well. I listen to what they need and what they want to accomplish. I respect and value their individuality.
Let me partner with you to help you plan your financial future.
As an advisor with Raymond James & Associates, I specialize in educating my clients on effectively allocating their assets so they can reach their financial goals. I put my clients’ needs and interests first by providing them with objective evaluation and advice.
Clients want to be well informed and comfortable with the decisions they make, as they plan their financial future. I help them understand the investment options available to them, so they can take as active a role as they choose in working toward their financial goals.
I specialize in wealth management and planning for retirement and long-term care. Prior to joining Raymond James in 1995, I was with H & R Block for 15 years, where I began as a tax preparer and became an instructor and assistant district manager.
For three years, I chaired the board of directors of the Arts Council of White Lake, and I continue to serve on several Arts Council committees. Being part of this expanding, innovative organization has enabled me to meet fascinating people and take part in great arts and culture events in my home community.
I recently became involved in the Muskegon chapter of a new organization called One Hundred Plus Women Who Care, whose members provide grants to non-profit organizations in Muskegon County.
I love spending time with my growing family of children and grandchildren and also enjoy gardening, caring for our menagerie of animals, taking nature walks in our woods and looking for wildflowers. When the weather keeps me indoors, you’ll find me cooking, entertaining, reading, knitting and watching movies with my husband, Ted.
Dana began working as a receptionist with Raymond James and Associates in November 2010. She now also assists Judy and Brett as a sales associate for Triangle Investments.
Dana studied physical education for two years at Grand Valley State University, then graduated from Muskegon School of Business (now Baker College) with a secretarial degree.
She and her husband, Pat, and their children Patrick and Samantha, live in Fruitport. Dana has coached both Track and Cross Country for Spring Lake Public Schools. She loves the company of family and friends and has a special fondness for taking long rides on her Harley Davidson or being a passenger on her husband’s bike.
About Raymond James
Raymond James is one of the largest independent financial services firms in the United States. Since its beginning in 1962, it has always been a different kind of company – embracing long-term planning and methodical decision-making while staying uncompromisingly client focused. When other firms were simply buying and selling stocks or mutual funds, Raymond James focused on financial planning to help individuals reach their goals. It was the first firm to pioneer that concept – and today it supports its advisors with access to a full range of comprehensive resources, helping them to do the same.
- More than 6,500 financial advisors
- 2.4 million client accounts
- 2,600 locations (United States, Canada and abroad)
- $372 billion in client assets
- $38 billion managed by its subsidiary asset managers
Raymond James Financial was named the best full-service broker in the 2011 SmartMoney annual broker survey for the third time in four years – ranking above Edward Jones, Wells Fargo, UBS, Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney.
