Investment Philosophy

We provide a team approach to comprehensive wealth management. As a strategic partner of Pension Investors Corporation of Orlando, Inc., a third-party administration firm independent of Raymond James, Karen specializes in the numerous planning issues common to successful businessowners. With background in the qualified plan area, Karen specializes in retirement distribution planning strategies as well as consulting on IRA rollover options.

We work especially well with clients who may have diversification issues due to concentrated wealth in one or two assets, such as a closely held corporation, or a large position in stock options. We review the client's situation and provide innovative and tax-efficient planning solutions for achieving diversification.

An important part of our planning process looks at transition issues that can arise due to retirement, incapacity or death. It is important to make sure that our clients develop a plan that provides for continuity and addresses control issues that may apply in any of these eventualities. Following our team approach philosophy, we work closely with a client's CPA and attorney to implement the various tax and legal strategies that can be accomplished through these trusted advisors.
